South Island Taxidermy workshop

A full-day, practical taxidermy workshop designed to bring taxidermists together for a day of learning, hands-on demonstration, discussion and networking.

The workshop will feature a highly regarded international guest judge/presenter, alongside practical demonstrations and presentations focused on techniques that taxidermists can apply directly to their own work.

The emphasis will be on practical skills, accurate anatomy, client requirements and improving the finished result.

Hands-on participation will be encouraged throughout the day, with participants able to work alongside the presenters where appropriate. We will also encourage the use of supporting vendors' products where suitable.
